In the inception, the McLarens Logistics Sector started off as an Inland Container Terminal that took shape in 1979 and was based on an authentic marine orientation that had evolved from the long history of McLarens in the Shipping Industry dating back to 1944. This historic beginning was the result of Agency appointment from two of the world’s largest container Leasing Companies at that time, TRANSAMERICA and CTI, USA.
A pioneering mission thus began and took shape with its Founder Chairman painstakingly bringing his profound knowledge in the Shipping Industry to bear in a new Logistic Hub that would cater to integrated transportation requirements in a growing economy.
