About the Role
Manage all company visa processes, ensuring accurate records and timely administration.
Oversee employment quotas, including applications, renewals, and record maintenance.
Coordinate staff travel (air tickets) and arrange accommodation for employees, guests, and visitors.
Administer staff accommodation, including sourcing housing, leases, renewals, and landlord coordination.
Maintain company vehicle records and ensure timely renewals of registrations, insurance, and compliance documents.
Supervise office cleaning and maintenance to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment.
Assist departments with regulatory documentation such as airport passes, licenses, and permits.
Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and adequate stock levels.
Handle staff and vehicle insurance administration, including renewals and claims coordination.
Support general administrative functions, including asset tracking, contract management, and staff/guest support services.
