Assistant Manager - Finance

Oversee and ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly Management Accounts through regular monitoring of revenue recognition and expenditure to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with statutory financial policies.
Manage overall working capital through effective debtor management and timely payments to vendors.
Facilitate external and internal audits by coordinating with auditors.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure operational and financial compliance.
Ensure effective tax management through timely and accurate handling of statutory obligations to maximize stakeholder value and avoid penalties.
Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects by liaising with all stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Develop and manage the team by providing regular feedback and guidance on individual performance.

Fully qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree in finance or accounting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of regulatory framework, IFRS/SLFRS and local tax laws.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
