About the Role

The Assistant Manager โ€“ Brand Activation will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing brand activation initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support the organisation's marketing objectives. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong project management skills, capable of delivering impactful campaigns, events, and promotional activities while ensuring consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoint

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand activation strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and on-ground activation initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of activation initiatives.

Manage activation budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure brand consistency across all activation activities and marketing materials.

Identify innovative opportunities to enhance customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

Prepare reports and presentations on activation performance and key outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 4โ€“6 years' experience in brand activation, marketing, event management, or a similar role.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
