Executive - R & D

• Carry out process development and process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Oversee and deliver customized product fabrication projects, including sample development and finalization of manufacturing processes.
• Introduce new processes and technologies to expand and improve operational capabilities.
• Develop guidelines for product manufacturing and packaging.
• Identify and implement kaizens to address production breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Provide secondary packing support and solutions as required.
• Take initiative in introducing new machining techniques and improvements to existing products.
• Manage and guide operation technicians assigned to the department.
• Coordinate with production, quality, marketing and other relevant teams during development tasks.

• BSc. (Hons) degree; a degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience; experience in manufacturing or R&D sectors is desirable.
• Should be physically fit.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, decision making and communication skills.
