Relationship Manager (Liability Products)

drive deposit mobilization initiatives and support the Head of Deposit Mobilization (Corporate Banking) in achieving growth objectives

maintain superior service quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards

build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, BOI companies, etc

support new client acquisition and documentation, retain existing deposits and low-cost funds, etc

cross-sell and up-sell other banking products to support the business line

have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Banking, Transactional/Wholesale Banking, Branch Banking within a commercial bank or NBFI

possess a proven track record in achieving deposit growth targets and managing Corporates/Top SMEs

demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements

have exposure to digital products, with the ability to support corporate product promotions and corporate relationship managers' liability growth

hold a full or part professional qualification in Marketing, Banking, or Finance

have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a strong results-driven mindset

experience in Business Banking/Wealth Banking proposition will be an added advantage

knowledge in Islamic Banking will be an added advantage
