holding overall accountability for the branch's performance, overseeing both strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure the achievement of business goals, driving profitability, managing risks, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered)
possess at least 10 - 12 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to handling high networth clients
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
have excellent leadership and people management skills
