Supervisor (AC Installation)

Conduct site inspections to assess requirements and prepare installation plans

Supervise and monitor daily AC installation activities and teams

Coordinate installation schedules with teams and customers

Ensure installations meet company quality and technical standards

Provide technical guidance to installation technicians

Oversee testing, commissioning, and system performance checks

Ensure proper handover of completed installations to customers

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Maintain safety, quality, and service standards throughout all installations

Minimum 5 years of experience as an AC Installation Senior Technician

NVQ Level 3/4 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent

Strong hands-on experience in AC installation, quality standards, site coordination, troubleshooting, and testing & commissioning

Ability to supervise and guide installation teams

Good communication and customer handling skills

Capability to manage daily installation activities and team performance

Valid driving license (mandatory)

Own motorbike required

Preference will be given to candidates from Negombo and surrounding areas
