About the Role

Drive revenue, profitability, and KPI targets

Oversee service operations (installations, repairs, maintenance)

Monitor technician performance, SLAs, and service quality

Handle customer complaints and escalations

Manage WIP, inventory, debtors, and reporting

Lead and develop service centre staff

Coordinate with internal departments

Monitor fleet operations and ensure compliance

Ensure continuous improvement, cost control, safety, and facility management

Requirements

Diploma / HND / NDT / NVQ Level 6 or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

3–5 years’ experience in service centre, operations, or showroom management

Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory, and operations

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Financial awareness (budgeting, debtors, cost control)

Ability to work under pressure

MS Office and system proficiency
