About the Role
Manage, organize and maintain management system documentation compliance with established document control procedures.
Coordinate the review, approval, distribution, retrieval of management system documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and organizational document control requirements.
Provide administrative and coordination support for audits, management reviews, training programmes, and other divisional activities.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documentation required for divisional operations and management system implementations.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Head of Division and contribute to the continual improvement of document control system.
