About the Role
Lead and oversee the day-to-day sales and administrative operations of the division to achieve business objectives.
Manage divisional manpower planning and oversee employee recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the HR Department.
Manage budgets, operational expenses, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and profitability.
Lead employee performance management, training, coaching, and development to build a high-performing team.
Ensure effective dealer and customer relationship management, including accurate administration and documentation.
Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement technology-driven solutions.
Oversee invoicing and debtor management while ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and health and safety standards.
Monitor key operational and people-related KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, dealers, and other stakeholders while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven work culture.
