Develop a strong understanding of the LMS and support system testing activities.
Identify, record, and track system issues, and follow through on resolutions.
Assist in validating system functionality and ensuring readiness for rollout.
Support data gathering, collation, and preparation of L&D related inputs as required.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Undergraduate/Graduate in Human Resources/Business Administration or a related field
Basic understanding or interest in Learning & Development and digital learning platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong attention to detail with good coordination skills
Good communication skills
