BRANCH MANAGER

holding overall accountability for the branch's performance, overseeing both strategic planning and tactical execution to ensure the achievement of business goals, driving profitability, managing risks, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered)

possess at least 8 years of executive level experience in Branch Banking (exposure to trade operations will be an added advantage)

have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

have excellent leadership and people management skills
