About the Role
Execute assigned audit programs and procedures in accordance with audit plans and timelines.
Complete audit tasks independently while proactively seeking guidance when encountering unfamiliar accounts, transactions, or issues.
Prepare accurate working papers, reconciliations, and audit documentation to an acceptable quality standard.
Perform testing of material transactions and balances in line with audit program requirements.
Identify and document compliance issues, control deficiencies, and potential financial misstatements.
Escalate significant findings and matters requiring senior or manager attention in a timely manner.
Incorporate feedback from senior auditors and audit managers to continuously improve audit quality and efficiency.
Demonstrate progressive improvement in audit execution, efficiency, and professional judgment during the training period.
Develop and apply a growing understanding of relevant legislation, Accounting Standards, and Auditing Standards across engagements.
Maintain professional communication with the audit team and contribute to timely completion of audit sections.
