Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat within SLA.
Resolve routine issues, process orders, returns and refunds in CRM.
Maintain accurate records and follow consumer law and privacy policies.
Use and contribute to the knowledge base; escalate complex cases and retain ownership.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

The candidate should be able to work onsite according to the Australian calendar and shift.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
Clear verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft 365 skills.
Empathy, resilience, and strong customer focus.
