Assistant - Merchandiser - Bulk

Oversee and ensure timely completion of activities as per customer calendar, collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery dates.

Execute critical path tasks, including booking forms, order updates, and maintaining communication with customers.

Manage raw material stock, inventory, procurement, and supplier payments, ensuring timely delivery at competitive prices.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best terms for raw material procurement.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, including BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, PO (Purchase Order) management, color approvals, and coordinating with suppliers and production teams.

Monitor production issues, escalating as needed to ensure on-time delivery.

Create reports, track sales forecasts, and update stakeholders on order statuses.

Implement detailed time-action plans for order management and address production-related issues.

Manage raw material stock levels, write-offs, and liabilities to meet factory needs.

Oversee shipping arrangements and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate on projects to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

2nd or 3rd year undergraduate degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Excellent customer relationship management skills
