About the Role
Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leave, EPF/ETF)
Support payroll preparation by updating employee data accurately
Help identify and correct errors in attendance and HR systems
Assist in preparing HR reports and documents
Support employee requests and maintain confidentiality
Help in recruitment activities (job postings, coordinating interviews)
Assist in employee engagement events and welfare activities
Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records properly
Promote a positive and safe work environment
