About the Role
Coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of medical supplies and other materials.
Monitor stock levels and assist in timely reordering of required items.
Maintain inventory records, issue notes, GRNs and related documentation accurately.
Coordinate with departments, stores and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of items.
Check incoming items for quantity, condition and documentation accuracy.
Assist in stock counts, audits and reconciliation activities.
Prepare reports and perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
