Retail Sales Assistant / Coordinator

What we’re looking for:
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in cashiering and handling POS machines
- Passion for creating excellent customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and guide them through product selections
- Handle cashiering duties and process payments using POS systems
- Manage daily shop operations and support inventory control
- Organize flower displays and maintain shop appearance
- Handle customer orders efficiently
- Support the team to ensure smooth shop operations
Remuneration & Other Details:
- Monthly remuneration starting from LKR 75,000
- Location: Colombo 01–10
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Roster-based)
