Possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or AIB (part qualifications may be considered).
Possess at least 12 years of executive level experience in Branch Banking (exposure to trade operations will be an added advantage).
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have excellent leadership and people management skills.
