Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Handling all marketing administrative operations within the scope of the department.
On time purchase order creation and GRN.
Advertising & Promotional budget monitoring on monthly basis.
Weekly monitoring and reporting.
Coordination with vendors in terms of payment processing and status update.
On time payment process and payment delivery to respective vendors.
Record keeping and documentation on all payment processing on monthly basis.
Coordination of budget closing/ transfers and processing with the internal stakeholders. Mainly with the finance team.
Budget coordination with internal stakeholders.

Having the attitude to learn and work with enthusiasm
An undergraduate or a graduate in a Marketing related field
Close proximity to Ekala, Ja Ela will be preferred
Ability to communicate well in both Sinhala and English language will be an added advantage.
